The National Association of Multicultural Media Executives held its "Annual Celebration of Diversity" Awards Dinner, recognizing a multicultural slate of industry trailblazers on April 15th at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC. NAMME Chair Neil Foote, president of Foote Communications LLC and assistant professor of journalism at the University North Texas, served as the Master of Ceremonies, paying tribute to this year’s winners by acknowledging their numerous contributions not only to media, but to the world at large.
